CHRIS KENNY, Business Coach

With over 30 years of business experience in services based industries including health & wellness, financial services, insurance, retail, hospitality and education, I’ve learned that achieving success in business is about really knowing your customers and having a compelling product or service with a clear route to market plan. My unique business skill set has been developed via working for leading companies across the UK and Australia including Pearson, Virgin, and Insurance Australia Group.

My Story

I’ve worked with small medium enterprise (SME) businesses for over 20 years including education and training providers, insurance and finance companies, electrical and IT equipment retailers, health clubs and gyms, personal training studios, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, and various commercial equipment suppliers to provide advice and support in key aspects of business such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance. Being a business coach to me is about giving back to the business community to see it grow and prosper.

My expertise and skills include a passion for helping people, creating customer satisfaction and ‘raving fans’, and excellent communication. In helping SMEs I can assist with clear strategic and tactical planning, improving product and service offerings, people management, customer service, sales training and coaching, tech platforms including CRM, effective goal setting, leadership and management coaching, finances including budgeting and forecasting, digital optimisation, and marketing.
